Analytics Problem & Objectives

The objective is to generate employee loan offers (PL & HL) across the ABC employee base.

The existing process involved:

Manual interventions from HR, HRMS, and policy teams.

Duplication of efforts between ABFL and ABHFL.

Duplication of costs (bureau scrub, hunter scrub).

Compromised security of sensitive information, such as income and job details of employees, which necessitated the development of a centralized staff loan offer generation utility.

Approach:

Centralized Flow :Created a centralized flow for both ABFL and ABHFL, ensuring consistency and eliminating redundancy in efforts and costs.

100% Automation :Achieved full automation using SFTPs, API development for HRMS, and Python utilities for derogatory norms and eligibility calculations.

Security :The utility ensures no sharing of sensitive data, thereby preventing leakage.

Scalability :The utility can scale to accommodate as many employees as required without increasing turnaround time.

Extensibility :The utility can easily incorporate the offer generation process for other ABC/ABG companies.
