Started in 2017, #JumpForHealth is a unique initiative that encourages you to stay healthy while helping someone walk again.
#JumpForHealth 2019 is now bigger and better. Come be a part of the health movement once again this year and help someone walk again by following the below steps:

How to participate
It’s really simple!
Step 1
Record a video of you jumping. You can even do it with your friends and family.
Step 2
Upload the video with the hashtag #JumpForHealth
Step 3
Be sure to mention the number of times you jumped in the description and nominate three friends of yours.
For every 10,000 jumps, we will contribute a prosthetic leg to someone in need.

What's happened in the past two years
In 2018, on the occasion of World Health Day, we asked people to #JumpForHealth and had kept a 'modest' target of a million jumps on the first day. But the movement caught fire and we managed to reach 2 million jumps in no time! Everyone from office workers to students to celebrities participated and helped many people get prosthetic legs while they were at it!
