A Few More Things to Keep in Mind&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nMany fitness companies advertise that it\u2019s best to buddy-up on your fitness mission for some healthy competition. Apparently,\u00a0it helps increase your step count by 1000 steps a day;\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0not\u00a0entirely\u00a0true as this mostly works in favour of the one who\u2019s winning.<\/p>\n<p>The score you achieve on a daily basis is a good motivator as is.
