Kachi keri and haldi fried rice<\/h2>\n<p>This aromatic Indian fried rice is a perfect choice for a quick dinner at home. taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><em>Method<\/em><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Wash and pressure cook the rice till it\u2019s done<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a large pan and add the mustard seeds, dals, red chillies, and curry leaves when hot<\/li>\n<li>Once the seeds have spluttered, add onions and cook till translucent<\/li>\n<li>Add the raw mango and then the powdered masalas<\/li>\n<li>Cook the masalas for a few
