Get Your Diet in Place<\/h3>\n<p>Start with eating more food. But the type of food also matters. Practice\u00a0Running Everyday<\/h3>\n<p>Your body needs to ease into the routine of running for large stretches. This is a must and should be followed religiously. But do bear in mind that it also depends on your body\u2019s endurance levels.
