During hot, humid weather, the surrounding temperature causes the body temperature to rise. We quickly start to set things right by sweating. As the sweat evaporates from our skin it has a cooling effect and restores normal body temperature.<\/span>However, in the process of sweating we are losing water. Water loss increases when we exercise or do any kind of physical activity when it\u2019s hot. Over time, the body senses that it needs more water and we start to feel thirsty.
