In one smooth motion, lean backwards so that your back is now on the floor and lift your legs together to fold your body at the waist and your legs over your head. You can raise your back on the floor and stretch your arms out behind your back to help you maintain your balance. This will take a bit of practise, but if you do it daily, you will <\/span>become more flexible<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From the first position, you can bring your legs back over your head. While resting on the curve of your back, lift the upper part of your body off the floor and join your feet together in a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">namaste<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Place your hands over your feet so that your hands and feet are both in the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">namaste <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">position. Remaining in this position, gently hold each big toe and pull it back. This is how you open your body.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next, <\/span>open your mind<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. While still holding your toes, pull your legs open and stretch them out on either side of your body. Don\u2019t worry if you cannot get it the first few times. Practise will make perfect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bring your feet back together in <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">namaste<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, bring them down to the floor and sit up.
