Do not let your fitness goals take a backseat this <strong>summer<\/strong>. Since it is difficult to pull through long and sweaty workouts, follow this full-body cardio workout plan. Before beginning any exercise, ensure that you warm up to get your heart rate going.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Try the following warm-up exercises to stay fit:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Toe taps &#8211;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tuck in your core while doing toe taps and start hand movement on either side.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Spot jogs &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jog on the spot and eventually increase the range of motion. Tuck your core in through the navel. Perform 3 sets of all the exercises with 10 repetitions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Do not forget to cool down after your workout.
