So here are some healthy <strong>dessert<\/strong> recipes you can make for your siblings.<\/p>\n<h2><strong id=\"Healthy-Dry-Fruit-Balls\">Healthy dry fruit balls<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-62363 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.adityabirlacapital.com\/healthinsurance\/active-together\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Dry-Fruit-Balls.jpg\" alt=\"Dry Fruit Balls_Activ Living Community\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 800px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 800\/533;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bd cup Almond<br \/>\n\u00bd cup Pistachio<br \/>\n\u00bd cup Cashews<br \/>\n2-teaspoon poppy seeds<br \/>\n1 cup of dates without seeds<br \/>\n1-tablespoon of ghee<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chop the dry fruits and dry roast them.<\/li>\n<li>Mash the dates in a mixer.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a pan, add ghee and roast the dates.<\/li>\n<li>Mix half of the ghee-roasted dates with the dry roasted dry fruits, and keep it aside.<\/li>\n<li>Now take the other half ghee roasted dates and roll them into small balls.<\/li>\n<li>Spread the dry fruit mix and roll the date balls over them.<\/li>\n<li>Wrap the dry fruit balls into a cling foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the foil. Spread a few poppy seeds and roll the balls over them. This delicious and healthy dessert recipe can be stored for 15 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong id=\"Low-Calorie-Laddoos\">Low-calorie <em>laddoos<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n15 roasted almonds<br \/>\n15 roasted cashews<br \/>\n50-gram Makhana (heat in the microwave until crisp and crunchy)<br \/>\n10 cardamom pods<br \/>\n\u00bd cup grated coconut (roast till color changes to light brown)<br \/>\n\u00bd cup solid or 50-gram jaggery<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Grind cashews, almonds, makhanas, along with cardamom into a powder.<\/li>\n<li>Add coconut powder to the mixture and put it into a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Keep aside a few makhanas and roasted almonds and crush them into medium pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the crushed pieces of makhanas and almonds with jaggery.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1 spoon of ghee to the powder and shape them into laddoos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><em><strong id=\"Chana-Dal-Halwa\">Chana dal halwa<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-62366 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.adityabirlacapital.com\/healthinsurance\/active-together\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Chana-Besan-Halwa.jpg\" alt=\"Chana Besan Halwa_Activ Living Community\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 800px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 800\/533;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\nFor the Halwa:<br \/>\n2-3 heaped tablespoons of ghee<br \/>\n2-cups of soaked chana dal paste<br \/>\n\u2153 cup of toasted sesame seeds<br \/>\n\u00bd tablespoon cardamom powder<br \/>\n\u00bc tablespoon of black pepper powder<\/p>\n<p>For jaggery syrup:<br \/>\n1-cup jaggery<br \/>\nI-cup water<\/p>\n<p>For garnishing:<br \/>\n2-3 sliced and roasted almonds<br \/>\n2-3 sliced and roasted pistachio<br \/>\nFresh rose petals<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a wok, heat some ghee and add soaked chana dal paste. Keep sauteing on low flame for about fifteen minutes. Cook until it turns golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>In a separate pan, take white sesame seeds and dry roast them. Wait for it to cool down. Transfer it into a grinder jar and grind it into fine powder.<\/li>\n<li>Add powdered sesame seeds into the wok and mix well with the preparation. Add some jaggery syrup into it and blend it very well.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare this jaggery syrup, take a shallow pan, add jaggery water and let it melt on low heat. Keep stirring it until the jaggery melts completely.<\/li>\n<li>Cook it until it thickens, and the ghee leaves the sides of the pan. Add cardamom powder and black pepper powder. Mix it well. The halwa is ready.<\/li>\n<li>In yet another pan, add the chopped dry fruits and toss well.
