Any person who you, as an ABC customer, refer for ABC products and services is considered a referee.

You are a referrer if you are an existing Aditya Birla Capital customer who refers their friends, family, or acquaintances for an ABC product.

The program is applicable for Personal Loans and Home Loans.

To participate, you must be an existing customer of Aditya Birla Capital.

ABCD Coins are a type of reward currency in our customer loyalty program, where 1 ABCD Coin = ₹1. You can earn these coins through various activities, such as referring friends, making purchases, or engaging with the ABCD App. For example, you can get ABCD Coins for every successful referral of a Personal Loan or Home Loan.

ABCD Coins can be used to redeem discounts, exclusive offers, and other rewards on the app. However, they are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation outside the ABCD App ecosystem.

Do note that specific actions to earn ABCD Coins can change occasionally. So, keep an eye out for new ways to earn and use your ABCD Coins!

Existing ABC customers can refer their friends and family by sharing the relevant details on the form above. The lead will then be decided based on ABC's applicable processes and procedures. If a lead is successfully converted into a disbursed case for a Personal Loan or Home Loan, within 90 days from the date of sharing the lead, the referrer becomes eligible for the reward under this program.

No. You will receive a reward only if the lead you referred for personal loan or home loan is converted into a disbursed loan within a period of 90 days from the date of sharing the lead.

There is no limit on the number of referrals for Personal and Home Loan products.

If the person you referred initiated contact with ABC to avail a loan before your referral, you will not be eligible for a reward under this program. Additionally, you would not be entitled to the Reward/ Offer(s) under this program if your Referred Lead withdraws an already submitted loan application and reapplies for a loan after your referral.

You can find your ABCD Coins under ‘Rewards’ in the ‘My Track’ section in the ABCD app. These coins can be used for redeeming Electronic Gift Vouchers, Offers, Hotel, and Flight bookings, which are also mentioned in the ‘Rewards’ section. ABCD Coins are credited to your account on the ABCD App monthly.

To be eligible to earn ABCD Coins, you must meet all qualifying criteria, for which the terms and conditions are governed by the ABCD team and can change from time to time. ABCD has the sole right to determine the eligibility of successful referrals and qualifying criteria.
