It will redirect you to a new page with two options- Submit Grievance and View Grievance Status.Select 'Submit Grievance' and enter your PAN or TAN number . You will now have a grievance form that you can fill to file your complaint.
2. Complaint From CPGRAMS Website
CPGRAMS or Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System is also an effective option to file your complaints regarding several government departments, including the IT department. Visit www.pgportal.gov.in and click on “Register New User” in the top menu. It is now mandatory to register on the website for lodging a complaint.Once registered, you can then log in to your account and click on “Lodge Public Grievance”. You will be redirected to a form where you can select the ‘Ministry/Department. Select IT Department here and fill the grievance form before clicking on ‘Submit’.
