The ABCD App is your go-to hub for various financial services. You can buy Health and Life Insurance, get Loans for personal or business use, make instant payments and strategic investments, track expenses, check your credit score and plan your taxes, all from the same place. You also have access to a wide array of essential financing tools that help make it easier to manage money.
Changing your mPIN on the abcd App is quite simple. Click on the hamburger menu at the homepage's top left corner. Then click on ‘Update mPIN’. Enter your old mPIN, then the new mPIN, reconfirm your new mPIN and click on update. Your mPIN will then be updated successfully.
To locate ABCD branches, click on the menu at the top left corner of the app’s homepage and then click on Branch Locator to find the nearest branch.
Yes, you can. To update your PAN and Date of Birth details on the ABCD App, follow these steps: Click on the menu icon at the top left corner of the homepage. Click on ‘View Profile’ to see your profile details. Enter the updated information and click 'Save'. Your information will then be updated in our records. Please note this information will only be updated in the app’s records. To update your information for products purchased directly from Aditya Birla Capital’s companies, you must raise a separate request with the respective company.

Yes, you can link all your bank accounts to the ABCD App. Additionally, the app offers a PortfolioTrack feature, where you can track all the inflows and outflows of your accounts. This gives you a 360-degree view of your entire financial world, including your assets and debts.
Yes, you can pay bills, make online and offline transactions, and send money to friends and family through the app. You can use UPI or the QR Code scanner to carry out various transactions, based on your preference.
Changing your registered mobile number is currently not possible from the ABCD App. However, you can do so by calling our Customer Care toll free number - 18002707000 or mailing us at care.digital@adityabirlacapital.com.
If you’ve forgotten your mPIN, then resetting it is easy. Open the abcd App and click 'Forgot mPIN' on the login page. Enter the OTP you receive on your registered mobile number Click on continue, and then enter your new mPIN. Confirm the new mPIN and then click on ‘Update’. You will then be able to use the new OTP to log into the abcd App.
