Yes, you can sell part or all your recently purchased Silver after 72 hours cooling period at the current live selling price.

Once an order is confirmed, changes to the delivery address may not be possible. Please double-check the delivery details before completing the order.

The time taken for delivery depends on the destination location or pin code. We try to ensure that orders are delivered with 7-10 working days. Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped next working day. Orders placed during Saturday & Sunday are shipped out on Monday. In some circumstances where the order flow is high, the orders might ship the next working day. Do not accept the Silver delivery if you find the package has been tampered with or the seal has been broken

No transaction costs apply. However, a 3% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable on your purchase. If redemption is via coins and bars, you are required to pay nominal making and delivery charges.

If in case your order is not delivered for the following reason but not limited to any of the following reason, orders will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the product back with us: Customer not available at home after multiple delivery attempts Unexpected delays due to local conditions in delivery location etc Force Majeure

Simply select the DigiSilver gifting option on the ABCD App, choose the amount or weight of Silver you’d like to gift, enter the recipient's details, and confirm your payment. The recipient will receive a notification to accept the gift on their end.

Once gifted, Silver via the ABCD App is stored securely in the recipient’s account. Recipients can sell, redeem and gift to someone else at any time as per the app's guidelines (After 72 hours lock-in period).

If the recipient doesn’t have an ABCD App account, they’ll be prompted to download the app and create an account to receive the DigiSilver gift. The gift will be available to them once their registration is complete.
