The ABCD App is a comprehensive fintech platform offering a one-stop solution for a range of financial services. From Insurance, Loans and Investments to expense tracking, credit score checks, and tax filing, the ABCD App streamlines your financial universe in a user-friendly interface. It makes managing finance as simple as ABCD.

The ABCD App is your go-to hub for a diverse range of financial services. You can buy Health and Life Insurance, get Loans for personal or business use, make instant payments and strategic investments, track expenses, keep a check on your credit score and file taxes, all from the same place. You also have access to a wide array of essential financing tools that help make it easier to manage money.

There are zero charges associated with using the ABCD App itself. However, different services, such as buying Insurance, getting a Loan, etc., come with their own set of fees. A detailed fee structure for each service can be found in the respective section of the app.

The customer support service at ABCD is available from 9 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Sunday. Please note that the service is closed on national holidays. Additionally, their service branches operate from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, and on alternative Saturdays (2nd, 4th, and 5th Saturdays are working days). The branches are closed on Sundays and national holidays. You can contact them via their helpline at 1-800-270-7000. You can click on the hamburger menu at the top left corner of the homepage and then click on “View Profile” to see your profile details. If you want to update your Date of Birth and PAN, enter the updated information, and click ‘Save’. Your information will then be updated in our records.

Please note this information will only be updated in the ABCD App records. To update the information for any products purchased from Aditya Birla Capital Group companies, a request needs to be raised separately with the respective company.

Changing your mPIN on the ABCD App is quite simple.

• Click on the hamburger menu at the homepage's top left corner.
• Then click on ‘Update mPIN’.
• Enter your old mPIN, then the new mPIN, reconfirm your new mPIN and click on update.

Your mPIN will then be updated successfully.

If you’ve forgotten your mPIN, then resetting it is easy.

• Open the ABCD App and click 'Forgot mPIN' on the login page.
• Enter the OTP you receive on your registered mobile number
• Click on continue, and then enter your new mPIN.
• Confirm the new mPIN and then click on ‘Update’.

You will then be able to use the new OTP to log into the ABCD App.

Changing your registered mobile number is currently not possible from ABCDL App.

We encourage you to enter all the details while registering for the ABCD App. This helps us personalise our offerings for you. You can go to your profile in the app and update it now for a seamless experience.

Location permissions help us suggest ABCD services near you. Storage permissions enable the storage of documents related to ABCD products, like Credit reports, statements, etc., on your device, through the app.

You can easily apply for a Quick and Easy Personal Loan through the ABC Digital App! Just search for "Personal Loan" within the app and click on the icon to access the application process. To be eligible for the loan, you must be between 23-60 years old and have a minimum monthly income of 25000.
