    Accumulated HealthReturns™ points get you an annual payout, typically in the form of a premium discount or wellness benefits. You can also use these points to pay for things your plan doesn’t cover.

  • Requirement

    The more active you are, the higher your potential reward. For example, with Activ Health plan, you can earn up to 100% of your premium by staying active for 275 days in a year.

What is the Chronic Care Management Program ?

What are the different types of waiting periods in health insurance?

img Initial Waiting Period

Typically lasts for a month after policy purchase where no claims are accepted except accidental cases.

img Pre-Existing Condition Waiting Period

These are ailments that were there at the time of the purchase of the plan. These claims are typically not accepted during the waiting period.

img Maternity Waiting Period

Maternity-related expenses may not be covered until the waiting period has elapsed.

The insurance company reimburses the network hospital directly, so you don't have to pay out of pocket.

img Co-pay

It is the share of the amount to be paid by you, in case of a claim.

img No claim bonus

It's a bonus offered in the form of a increased sum insured if no claims were made during the previous policy term

img Pre-existing condition

A health condition that you had before you got health insurance.

img Pre-hospitalisation expenses

This refers to the medical expenses incurred on the same illness before getting admitted to a hospital.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Entry Age Adults Age: 18 years onwards
    Child Age : 91 days to 25 years - Family Floater Plan
    5 years to 25 years - Individual Plan
  • Disclosures Must disclose pre-existing conditions and smoking habit.
  • Family Must be spouse, children, parents, and sibling to be covered under a family floater plan.
