- NCT Residents : You live in the National Capital Territory (NCT) region with a residential sanction from the Cabinet Committee on Accommodation (CCA).
- Non-Delhi Government Employees : If you are a government employee and work outside Delhi, you can apply only after having your application endorsed by the joint secretary and with CCA approval. Secretary Pool
Under ASA, Indian government secretaries can apply online for about 70 Type VII residences in different parts of New Delhi.
Tenure Officers’ Pool

The government ensures housing availability for Non-All-India Services Officers assigned to central deputation roles through the Central Staffing Scheme.
Lady Officers’ Pool

You can surrender GPRA accommodation by following the steps below:
- Step 1: Submit your surrender notice to the Directorate of Estates at least two days before vacating.
- Step 2: The directorate will process the cancellation 11 days after your notice or as per the date provided in the letter.
Note : If no notice is submitted, you may have to pay the licence fee for 10 days or the shortfall in the required 10-day notice. The Directorate of Estates may also allow shorter notice periods.
