Dena Shakti Scheme: Promoted by Dena Bank, this scheme is aimed at encouraging female-led businesses in the field of manufacturing, agriculture and allied activities. Additionally, women involved in retail and small enterprises can also avail for this loan. 5. Stree Shakti Package: Aimed at women who have 50% ownership in small businesses, the Stree Shakti Package promotes budding women entrepreneurs. The eligibility criterion involves women to complete the Entrepreneurship Development Programme.Today, women are capable of running their own show. With the right resources at their disposal, they can turn the whole world around. Home-makers/Housewives should be encouraged to put their skill to the best use and invest in creative business ideas.
