• Step 1: Visit the MeeSeva portal .
• Step 2: Click on the 'Download' option on the taskbar.
• Step 3: From the drop-down list, click on 'Application Forms'.
• Step 4: Select the option of 'Civil Supplies' from the list.
• Step 5: Click on 'Application for a new Food Security Card' from the list of options.
• Step 6: The application will automatically get downloaded on your system. Print the application form once downloaded.
• Step 7: The form will require you to fill a number of sections, such as your name, gender, age, mobile number, etc. Other sections will include qualification details, details related to region, district, total income of the family and the number of members in the family.
• Step 8: After the application form has been filled, attach the required list of documents. Submit the form and related documents at the nearest MeeSeva centre.

The eligibility criteria to apply for the Telangana ration card is given below:

• You should be a resident of Telangana.
• You mustnotalready hold a Telangana Food Security Card (FSC) or a ration card.
• You should belong to an economically weaker section of society.
• You can also apply for a new ration card in case you hold a temporary ration card or an expired ration card.

• A copy of the original state resident proof, i.e., the Telangana State Domicile
• Passport size photograph

• Step 2: Click on the 'FSC Search' (Food Security Card) tab.
• Step 3: You can check the status of your ration card by using any of these options: FSC Reference Number, Ration Card Number, Old Ration Card Number, and District.
• Step 4: Enter the required details and click on 'Search'.

In Telangana, there are three major types of ration cards. They are:

Antyodaya Anna Yojana Cards

Antyodaya Food Security Cards (AFSC)

Food Security Cards (FSC)

Households with a relatively stable income that do not fall into any of the above mentioned categories are eligible for this type of ration card in Telangana.

• Step 1: Visit the official website of Telangana EPDS.
• Step 2: On the homepage, click on the 'Grievance Redressal System for E2E PDS' option.
• Step 3: You will be directed to the Grievance Redressal Portal of Telangana. Click on the 'Lodge your Grievance' option.
• Step 4: Fill out the application form with the required details and describe your complaint.
• Step 5: Click on the 'Submit' button and the authorities will address your complaint.

To check the status of your lodged complaint on the online portal, you can follow these steps:

• Step 1: Visit the Telangana EPDS portal.
• Step 2: Click on 'Grievance Redressal System for E2E PDS'.
• Step 3: Select 'View Status of your Grievance' and your complaint status will be reflected.
