Following are the types of Haryana ration cards: Central Below Poverty Line (CBPL) Ration Card CBPL ration card or yellow ration card is issued to individuals with which they can get two kilogrammes of sugar at ₹13.50 per kilogramme, seven litres of kerosene at ₹13.63 per litre, and 2.5 kilogrammes of pulses at ₹20 per kilogramme. Above Poverty Line (APL) Ration Card Individuals with an annual income of more than ₹1.80 Lakh can apply for a APL ration card in Haryana. Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) Ration Card Also called the pink ration card, it is issued to individuals with an annual income of less than ₹1 lakh. With this card, you can avail 35 kilogrammes of wheat at ₹2 per kilogramme, two kilogrammes of sugar at ₹13.50 per kilogramme, seven litres of kerosene at ₹13.63 per litre, and 2.5 kilogrammes of pulses at ₹20 per kilogramme.
