  3. Be Understanding A person suffering from Alzheimer’s disease experience rapid mood swings and develop behavioural issues. He or she also tends to forget things easily and acts like a child. In such cases, you need to be calm, composed, and compassionate. You need to develop a fair bit of understanding in you and deal with your parents with softness.
  4. Alzheimer’s disease significantly impacts a person’s ability to effectively communicate with others. He or she may find it difficult to interpret other’s messages or remember certain words. Also, they may frequently jumble up with their thoughts in the middle of a conversation. Despite, you should promote them to communicate and maintain a smile and relaxed body language.
  5. Provide a nutritious diet It’s important for the people suffering with Alzheimer’s to eat well and stay hydrated. During such a condition, the infected person may lose weight if not given proper nutritious diet. Therefore, you must ensure that your parent has a nutrition-filled diet at the same time every day. Also, encourage him/her to take multivitamin tablets, fruits, and leafy vegetables.
