• Step 3: Next, choose if you want to download and then fill out the form or directly fill out the form online.
• Step 4: Now, you can either submit the online form right away or save the completed form and submit it later.
• Step 5: Pay the application fee and schedule an appointment.

To apply for an infant passport (India) offline, follow the steps given below:

• Step 1: Visit the nearest PSK office.
• Step 2: Duly fill out the application form with accurate details and submit it. Attach all the necessary documents as well.
• Step 3: Pay the application fee.
