IVR Service

You can also make use of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service, which is a computerised phone system that interacts with callers and gathers their information.The IVR support service is available for all 24 hours and you can follow the steps mentioned below to use it:

  • Step 2 - Press 1 to get information about renewing and applying for a passport.
  • Step 3 - Press 2 to learn about the Tatkal passport service.
