What is RTO Form 35?

How to Fill RTO Form 35 Online?

The hypothecation cancellation form has two separate parts: the introductory part and the concluding part. Given below is the step-by-step guide to fill the form:

  • Step 1 : Fill in details about the vehicle owner and the financier in the first section.
  • Step 2 : Mention that the loan agreement is terminated in the final section.
  • Step 3 : In the top-left corner, provide the name of the Regional Transport Office (RTO) where the vehicle is registered.
  • Step 4: After this, write the vehicle's registration number as shown on the RC (Registration Certificate).
  • Step 5: Sign the form and add the date. Ensure the financier also signs the application. A thumb impression is also allowed for both parties.
  • Step 6: The registration authority will provide a reference number, and RTO address, and mention the termination date.
  • Step 7: The RTO officer will sign the application and confirm the details of the financier and registration authority.
