Agent Action

1. Agent will login to the Admin Portal
2. Click on the BBPS section.
3. Go to the Transactions.
4. Enter BBPS ref no/UPI ref no, biller category, payment method, and date range.
5. Transaction details will be displayed. Agent to check transaction status.

Response

Please note that the recharges are instant, but sometimes there may be a delay in receiving the status of recharge from operator.
We wish to to inform you that, the transaction of Rs--<> is still in progress. . We therefore request you to check the final status of your pending recharge within 24-48 hrs.
If your recharge fails for any reason, the entire amount will be refunded to your bank account linked with ABCD App within T+1 working day.
