TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.This Offer is valid from 13th March 2026, 00:00 hrs. to 15th March 2026, 23:59 hrs. (“Offer Period”).

2.The Offer is applicable only to select users of the Aditya Birla Capital Digital Limited (ABCDL) mobile application (“ABCD App”) who registered on the ABCD App before February 01st 2026, and who did not log in to the ABCD App from 1st February 2026, 00:00 hrs. to 12th March 2026, 23:59 hrs. (“Eligible Users”).

3. To qualify for the Offer, Eligible Users must log in to the ABCD App for three (3) consecutive days during the Offer Period, in accordance with the applicable rules and eligibility criteria.

4. Upon successful login for three (3) consecutive days within the Offer Period, Eligible Users shall be eligible to receive 50 ABCD Coins as a reward.

5. The ABCD Coins will be credited to the Eligible User’s account within 72 hours of successful completion of the eligibility criteria.

6. ABCDL reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine a user’s eligibility for participation in and rewards under this Offer.

7. ABCDL reserves the right to decide the reward issuance and crediting of ABCD Coins at its sole discretion, subject to these Terms.

8. This Offer may be availed only once per user, per registered mobile number, and per device.

9. This Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer, promotion, or benefit available on the ABCD App.

10. All general terms and conditions, privacy policy, and usage guidelines of the ABCD App shall apply. By participating in this Offer, Users agree to be bound by these Terms.

11. ABCDL reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or withdraw the Offer, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. ABCDL also reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or revoke the reward in case of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms, without any liability.

12. In case of any dispute arising in connection with this Offer, the decision of ABCDL shall be final and binding on all parties.
