By ticking on the ‘I Agree’, I, the undersigned, declare, confirm and expressly consent to Aditya Birla Financial Shared Services Limited (“ABFSSL”) acting in its own capacity, or on behalf of its affiliates and group entities (namely: Aditya Birla Finance Limited, Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited, Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Limited, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited and Aditya Birla Money Limited; hereinafter referred to as ABC Companies):

I hereby confirm that I am competent to contract in India, over 18 (eighteen) years of age, a resident of India, and that I have read and hereby accept the Privacy Policy available at https://www.adityabirlacapital.com/privacy-policy.  

I am aware that a range of diverse products and services are offered through the website and/or mobile application [www.adityabirlacaptial.com] (“Platform”) operated by [ABFSSL/ABC Companies ], and wish to be offered suitable products, services and loyalty benefits on the basis of my existing relationships with ABC Companies. Accordingly, and to enable the same, I hereby provide my specific consent for:

1. Sharing of my personal information limited to my name and contact details (email address and mobile number) with ABC Companies for the purposes of contacting me to offer products and services, from time to time, at any time in future, including after closure of any of my existing or future relationships, products, facilities, services with or from the ABC Companies from time to time;
2. For the above purpose, I consent to ABC Companies sharing my Information (as defined hereinafter) with any credit information companies and obtain various scores, reports and information for determining my credit worthiness from them;
3. The use of my Information to enhance service offerings in general on the Platform and allow me to view other relevant products and services on the Platform;
4. To receive updates about the various current and future products and services on the Platform to enrich my user experience; and
5. To the use of my Information for administering benefits of participating in the loyalty program and other loyalty benefits

Further, I understand that various affiliates of ABFSSL/ABC Companies may collect, store and process my information on behalf of other ABFSSL/ABC Companies, for availing services from the relevant ABC Company. I hereby consent to and authorise ABFSSL/ABC Companies (whether acting by itself or through any of its service providers, and whether in automated manner or otherwise), to do and undertake any of the following, in relation to my application details, personal data and sensitive information about me, information, papers and data relating to know your customer (KYC), credit information, and any other information whether about me or not as may be deemed relevant by the ABCL for its purposes (collectively, “Information”):

1. to collect the Information from me and other physical or online sources including accessing the same from credit information companies, information utilities, websites, data bases and online platforms (whether public or not); to get the authenticity, correctness, adequacy, etc. of the Information verified from any sources and persons including from online data bases; and to act for and on my behalf for such accessing, collecting or verifying of the Information including using my log in and password credentials on the online platforms; where such collection, access and verification may be done without any notice to me;
2. process Information including by way of storing, structuring, organising, reproducing, copying, using, profiling, etc. as may be deemed fit by ABC Companies;
3. to store the Information for such period as may be required or permitted under contract, by law and for ABC Company’s regulatory or legal requirements, and for substantiating claims or proceedings, or other evidentiary purposes;
4. to share and disclose the Information to service providers, consultants, credit information companies, information utilities, other banks and financial institutions, affiliates, subsidiaries, regulators, investigating agencies, judicial, quasi-judicial and statutory authorities, or to other persons as may be necessary in connection with the contractual or legal requirements or in the legitimate interests of ABC Companies or as per the consent.
5. any of the aforesaid may be exercised by ABC Companies for the purposes mentioned above, for the purposes of credit appraisal, fraud detection, anti-money laundering obligations, for entering into contract, for direct marketing, for developing credit scoring models and business strategies, for monitoring, for evaluating and improving the quality of services and products, for other legitimate purposes or for any purposes with consent. 

I further expressly agree and confirm the following:

1. I expressly agree to and subject me to the automated processing, automated profiling and to the automated decision making by or on behalf of ABC Companies.
2. I expressly agree to ABC Companies for using the Information and for cross-selling to me their various products and services from time to time.
3. I confirm that this authorisation shall override my NDNC registration and I can be contacted through any channel of communication including but not limited to email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp

I understand that I can change my preferences, control how my information is used or modify my information any time in accordance with the Privacy Policy. I may also withdraw my consent to ABFSSL’s continued storage and processing of my information by calling ABFSSL at 1800 270 7000. In case I do not agree with ABFSSL’s Privacy Policy, I understand I can email at ABC-customerservice@adityabirlacaptital.com

Further, in the event of a change in the law applicable to data protection in India, I understand that I may need to provide additional consents to enable ABFSSL’s continued processing, use, storage, and disclosure of my personal information and ABFSSL may will reach out to me to obtain such additional consents and approvals, in such form and manner, as may be requested by them.

This consent is provided by me voluntarily and shall remain valid and subsisting until withdrawn by me.
