Subhro Bhaduri

Subhash Subramaniam is the Chief Technology Officer at Aditya Birla Capital Limited ("ABCL").

With over three decades of experience across retail and corporate banking, Subhash is responsible for the planning, execution and management of the company's overall technology landscape, including technology services, software solutions, IT infrastructure, and Data and Digital Engineering. He plays a key role in enabling business growth and driving competitive advantage through technology across ABCL's businesses.

Subhash has a deep understanding of the interlinkages between technology, business strategy, risk and financial outcomes. He has significant expertise in leading large scale transformation initiatives, strengthening enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks, driving cyber security programs, and building high-performance engineering teams.

Subhash began his career at the National Stock Exchange of India before going on to hold leadership positions at Sygnet Technologies and ICICI Bank. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fergusson College, Pune, and a Master of Management Studies degree from NMIMS, Mumbai.
