Territory Manager

Job Summary

The Territory Manager – RPV Channel is responsible for driving business growth, managing channel partners, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The role involves recruiting, training, and supporting channel partners, ensuring customer acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships to maximize business performance.


Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through the RPV channel.

Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.

Drive customer acquisition and insurance sales through partner networks.

Conduct regular training and development programs for channel partners.

Monitor partner productivity and implement strategies to improve performance.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the channel network.

Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.

Support partners in lead generation, customer servicing, and policy issuance.


Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.

Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead and motivate channel partners to achieve business objectives.
