The ABC Hiring Process

The job application process can be overwhelming and we want to simplify it for you. Here’s a step-by-step glimpse into what’s in store.
Apply
Once you have found opportunities best suited for you, it’s time to upload your resume. This will go through a screening process based on the requirements for the role(s).
Engage
Once your resume is shortlisted from the assessment stage, the next step involves evaluation by our HR and hiring teams. Bring your whole self and make sure you demonstrate your strengths effectively. Curious to know what we are looking for?
Decide
Once you have been through all the rounds of the hiring process, you will receive an offer best suited to your strengths and the role you applied for. It’s now time to make your final decision.

Frequently asked questions
The summer intern hiring process begins in the period between September and November, with onboarding between March-May, and project submission between June-July. For Management trainees, the campus hiring is between October and January, onboarding is completed in May, and the duration of the program is a year.

Assessments at ABC consist of functional, psychometric and conversation-based evaluations that cover skills, capabilities, experience, sensibilities as well as the level of resonance with our values and culture.
