Summer Internship Program
The Aditya Birla Capital Summer Internship Program is a high-impact, 8-week engagement designed for 1st Year MBA Students looking to gain hands-on experience across specialist, generalist, HR, and analytics domains. Interns work on real-time, business-critical projects under the guidance of experienced mentors, providing them with deep functional exposure and a platform to showcase their capabilities. High-performing interns are considered for Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs)/Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs), making it a valuable opportunity to secure a full-time role within the organization.
