ABC F.A.I.R SIT Program

Our Summer Internship Program also begins with a campus hiring initiative across some of the top institutes in the country. Interns are onboarded and inducted into key projects that are already underway, and get a first-hand look at what it means to work at ABC, complete with tracking of weekly progress and constructive feedback on a periodic basis. At the end of the program, interns need to prepare a final report with their learnings, that is assessed by the project manager. Select candidates are given pre-placement offers, followed by an entry into the Management Trainee program.
