I joined Aditya Birla Capital in late 2022, at a time when ABC Digital was still taking shape. Being part of the early team meant helping build it from the ground up. My role began with strategic partnerships and digital ecosystems but quickly expanded into shaping how we think about technology, collaboration, and scale at One ABC.
I started by establishing key partnerships and defining the contours of our digital ecosystem. From enabling services like digital gold and forex to co-creating platforms with fintechs, each step helped shape what ABC Digital would stand for.
Over time, my responsibilities widened to include strategy across digital, investments, and insurance. Whether it was acquiring licenses, forming teams, or rethinking distribution, the journey was driven by agility and anchored in collaboration.
A pivotal moment was the launch of Infinite, our fintech engagement platform, born from a simple but powerful question: What if we built one common platform that brought innovation together across the Group?
Infinite created a shared ecosystem across lending, insurance, investments, and payments, reducing duplication and enabling teams to move faster together. What began as an idea evolved into a cross-functional accelerator that has powered over 40 fintech engagements, earned global recognition, and accelerated innovation across the enterprise.
Since its launch, Infinite has helped ABC strengthen fintech collaborations across businesses, bring innovative solutions to market faster, and deepen our digital ecosystem across the Group.
What made this possible was ABC's OneTech culture. Expertise was never far away. Regulatory insight, product perspective, or operational guidance was always just a conversation away. Floors, titles, and business lines never became barriers.
Having started in law, transitioned into finance, and found purpose in innovation and strategy, I see Infinite as a testament to what happens when trust, collaboration, and technology come together.
