Job Purpose

To manage the end to end operations of all online platforms from online channel partners and various digital assets like mobile apps. The job is also required to manage the New Fund offer as well as the Fixed Maturity Plan allotment process which includes handling the end to end process of managing the allotment of units, MIS handling, Customer communication, coordinating for deployment of funds and adhering to the regulatory requirement.

New Technological platforms and frequent up gradations
Handling of Exceptional scenarios.
High level of dependency on technology and vendors.
Allotment of units , communication investors and refunds within 5 business days of the closure of the scheme
Multiple channels sometimes have varying processes at their end(190 Channel Partners)
