Reporting to: Project Lead – Sales Pro Role
Objective
To drive end-to-end adoption and impact of the Sales Pro platform (Lead & Activity Management) across all sales channels by translating business priorities into product success on ground. This is a techno-functional, field-oriented role that acts as the deputy to the Project Lead, ensuring high-quality rollouts, user discipline, and data-driven performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Adoption Leadership: Own monthly adoption targets across Agency, Banca & Direct channels; run structured interventions with ZMs/BMs/FLS.
• Change Management: Design & execute onboarding, refresher & in-field enablement plans in partnership with L&D / Training, Strategy and HR.
• Product Enhancement & UAT: Work with Tech, Vendor & Business teams to define requirements, test configurations, and validate new releases.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyse usage trends, generate actionable insights in partnership with MIS/Data & Automation team for leadership reviews.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as bridge between Sales Leadership and Technology for all adoption and field readiness initiatives.
• Field Engagement: Conduct branch/zone visits to collect feedback, run live trainings and identify system enhancements for stronger sales productivity.
• Communication & Governance: Prepare monthly adoption dashboards, success stories and rollout updates for leadership reviews and cross-functional councils. Ideal Profile
• Experience: 5 – 7 years in Digital Product Management / CRM / Sales Enablement within Insurance or BFSI.
• Education: MBA preferred (Technology / Marketing / Operations), CA
• Skill Set: o Strong product and process orientation with techno-functional depth
o Data storytelling and Power BI / Excel / PPT expertise o Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills o Field mindset – ready to travel and engage frontline users
o Structured problem-solving and execution rigour

The “Strategy & Adoption” Lead will be the engine that drives on-ground success - turning data into action, ensuring every salesperson is digitally productive, and complementing the Project Lead on roadmap execution and leadership interface. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Technology, Distribution, and Strategy - and play a pivotal role in shaping how digital drives growth in our sales ecosystem.
