Manage and monitor client’s equity portfolios considering his/her risk appetite and assuming the prevailing macros and external environment and proactively executing the same in order to protect the principal and maximize the returns. To design customized and tailor-made portfolios, completely unique for every client. To assist the Sales Team to acquire new clients by explaining them about our strategy in detail to build AUM base.
Job Context : Manage and monitor client’s equity portfolios considering his/her risk appetite and assuming the prevailing macros and external environment and proactively executing the same in order to protect the principal and maximize the returns. To design customized and tailor-made portfolios, completely unique for every client. To assist the Sales Team to acquire new clients by explaining them about our strategy in detail to build AUM base.
Job Challenges: • Anticipating market movements well ahead of time and positioning client portfolios accordingly needs lot of data reading and understanding. Sometimes unexpected events take a toll on the portfolios.
• AUM addition has become a difficult task given intense competition in the industry. Many competitors are reducing fee and brokerage to attract new business.
• Due to Global (US-China trade war, weak global demand etc.) and Local (weak demand & growth, credit crisis etc.) market issues around, the clients have become very risk averse thus impacting the retention numbers of existing clients.
