Job Description: Regional Sales Head - SME Emerging Market (LAP Business)

Location: Vijayawada

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the SME Emerging Market business for the assigned region, with primary responsibility for achieving Loan Against Property (LAP) sourcing, disbursement, portfolio growth, and profitability targets.

  • Manage and mentor a team of Area Sales Heads, providing strategic direction, performance coaching, and regular reviews to ensure achievement of regional business objectives.

  • Build, develop, and strengthen the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network across the region by onboarding quality partners and enhancing productivity of existing DSAs.

  • Drive market expansion initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, emerging markets, and high-potential geographies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.

  • Ensure adherence to credit, risk, operational, and compliance guidelines while maintaining portfolio quality, delinquency control, and sustainable business growth.

Preferred Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in SME/LAP/Mortgage/Retail Secured Lending.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing large sales teams and regional business operations.
  • Strong expertise in DSA channel management, business development, stakeholder management, and portfolio growth.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and building high-performing teams across multiple locations.

5 - 10 years
