Job Purpose Description

  • Pension Administration: Administer pension schemes (such as EPS 1995), including contribution requirements, eligibility verification, and withdrawal processes.
  • Advisory Services: Provide expert guidance to employers and employees regarding retirement planning, pension plan options, and regulatory requirements.
  • Fund Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage pension funds, including calculating payouts and handling annuity payments.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all retirement products and processes adhere to legal and regulatory frameworks, such as those set by government bodies.
  • Client Liaising: Act as a liaison between beneficiaries, pension fund managers, and regulatory authorities to resolve queries.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Prepare and process retirement benefits, including provident funds and gratuity.
  • Analyze actuarial data to determine adequate retirement funding.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage pension liabilities and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Handle the implementation of new retirement schemes, such as the Unified Pension System.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expertise in Pension Laws: Deep understanding of pension regulations (e.g., EPS-1995, NPS).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data for pension calculations and financial planning.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to advise clients and stakeholders.
  • Background: Experience in financial services, actuarial science, or human resources with a focus on benefits
