Job Description

Role Purpose

Drive renewal, revival & retention performance through analytics-led interventions, operational excellence, program governance, digital transformation, and customer journey optimization.

Reporting To

RA Functional Head / RA - Head of Strategy

Key Accountability Areas

  1. Renewal & Revival Delivery
     Drive multi?channel collections (Contact Center, Branch, Vendors, Bots).

Analytics & Modelling: propensity based cohorting and insighting
Contact Center Management: Manage end to end outbound contact center driving renewals with 500+ seats yearly

  1. Surrender to AUM: To drive & design of customer retention journey along with cross functional teams to ensure adherence to STA incl. tool implementation, revamp of customer journey, governance and insighting
  2. Vendor Management: Management end to end governance of 4+ vendors to improve overall collections and CX
  3. Audit Management: Manage yearly internal & external audits - ISO audits, outsourcing audits, IT audits
  4. New Initiatives & Strategic Projects – Identify gaps in current process to propose & implement new initiatives

Coordinate with internal stakeholders – IT, legal, compliance, business, actuarial etc. to identify and execute projects for the department

  1. Formulate advice on key strategic matters for the Leadership: Create presentations, provide market research, analyze departmental performance and support with suggestions
  2. Budget Management: Maintain CBAs, cost optimization through Opex & Capex review

Strengthens renewal funnel, enhances customer experience, reduces lapses, improves efficiency, and drives digital transformation to support organizational persistence & profitability.
