Job Context: The Wealth vertical within Aditya Birla Capital’s NBFC arm operate in a highly dynamic financial ecosystem defined by intensifying competition, evolving customer expectations, accelerating digital adoption, and increasing regulatory scrutiny. Against this backdrop, the Head – Wealth – HNI/CTS plays a mission?critical role in leading multiple high?impact business lines, including HNI/UHNI Wealth Management, Corporate Treasury Solutions, Product & Research, Retail Wealth & Digital Platforms. The role is central to integrating advisory excellence, product innovation, risk?aligned growth, and technology?led transformation to deliver a differentiated, seamless, and high?trust experience across diverse client cohorts—from Corporate Treasury teams and family offices to Ultra HNIs and mass affluent retail investors. Operating in a multi?channel environment comprising zonal and regional wealth teams, national alliances, digital distribution, business partners, and institutional coverage, the position demands strong cross?functional leadership and collaboration. Success requires orchestrating efforts across risk, compliance, technology, research, underwriting, and product functions to ensure sustainable growth while upholding strong governance and maintaining portfolio quality.
