Job Description

The JD is broadly as follows: 

Manager: 

  1. S2S business strategy with channels
  2. Automation in SFDC , AI and Other platforms 
  3. Training CSEs and CREs on any new automation implementation 
  4. Managing stakeholders 
  5. Working with Business Intelligence team for analytics
  6. MIS


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute S2S (Service-to-Sales) business strategies in collaboration with various channels to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Lead automation initiatives across SFDC (Salesforce), AI-driven solutions, and other business platforms to enhance productivity and customer experience.
  • Conduct training sessions for Customer Service Executives (CSEs) and Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) on new automation tools, processes, and system enhancements.
  • Manage and engage with key stakeholders across functions to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to track business performance, identify trends, and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor project progress, drive continuous process improvements, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
